We are building People App for the world. Not for the west, not for the east, not for the south, not for the north, but for all of it. This means everyone everywhere will be able to use People App and connect with people they trust the same way as at home.
We are creating federated data storage to comply with local laws and regulations fully while providing a good user experience globally. Your personal data always stored where it belongs.
We believe in one planet the way it might be seen from space: covered by beautiful clouds and without visible borders between the countries. It is important for us to keep this perspective while we building.
Building for everyone means we include people of any background at any stage of life. While we are starting with the most active professionals, we believe our value add is for everyone. We building our apps natively so that we can leverage system accessibility capabilities: screen reader, font scaling, color adjustments, etc.
A reliable and trustworthy social medium that does not exploit users for attention and does not sell their data is important. It should not be a luxury, but a commodity.
We have picked a freemium business model where a small percentage (~2.5%) will pay for premium features. We also directly charge companies for bringing their AIs to the platform (read more about that in Conversations and Monetization).
We are rolling out small and believe in the power of real human connection to scale and grow People App organically from big hubs like Hong Kong, New York, London, Sydney, Berlin, and Shanghai to every corner of the human world.
